Salad & Beginnings

I'll be bumming around in Bacolod for two weeks doing nothing productive. I'm not a med student for the month of July so HELLO WORLD!!! I've evolved into my mom's driver the past week and I'm enjoying it. Driving is great. It's relaxing.

I don't know how to write anymore... what happened?

Anyway, I'm ressurecting this blog becaused I wanted to start a photo blog* and I found this old blog while trying to make new one. Instead of making another blog, I might as well just have one blog to rule them all... for continuity's sake.

To celebrate my sort-of-new blog, I'm making a salad. It's traditional to celebrate when something comes back from the dead... or from being forgotten forever.

Sinkamas. It's like sugar water that's crunchy solid. It's also pretty hard to chop into paper thin strips so congratulations, self, you still have 10 fingers.
