

I lost another day today.
Yesterday, I slept at my classmates' condo unit because my room was a filthy mess and I was too tired to clean it up. I woke up around 10 in the morning and my temporary roommates were all gone so I went home and I cleaned up my room a bit then I slept from 1 till 6 in the afternoon.
I woke up and just did random useless things (mostly checked Facebook) and completely lost track of time until Sara reminded me that I had not yet eaten a decent meal in the past 24 hours. I ended up eating pizza for breakfast at around 9 in the evening with Sara.
This is a typical postduty day, although I'm not in the duty cycle right now. Sleep the whole day through and eat breakfast at night. I miss all those lost mornings. For this year, I'll be sleeping a third of the sunshine hours when I'm supposed to be awake and slaving through a third of the dark hours when I'm supposed to be asleep.
No more 10 hours of sleep. Welcome to the nightmare that is circadian arrythmia! The bright side would be that I save money on meals and I won't outgrow my clothes this year.
